We ship pan-India through Bluedart and DTDC. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our facility in Haridwar. Metro cities receive their parcels in 2–4 business days; other locations in 4–7 days.
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies. Cash on Delivery is available with a small additional charge of ₹49.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable: Energised gemstones (once worn), custom-strung malas, and personalised pooja kits — these are spiritually irreversible.
